Pilates Mat class
Pilates is a low-impact workout to improve your strength, flexibility, alignment, and posture.
I have a functional client-specific approach and I bring the Pilates rehabilitative properties to the sessions. My aim is to educate you on how to retrain your body for efficient movement.
It is an exercise that can be modified to suit all ages and conditions.
Group classes:
Mondays 9:30 am - 10:30 am,
Thursdays 7:30 am - 8:30 am, and 5:45 pm - 6:45 pm
