PILATES
MAT CLASS
Pilates is a low-impact workout to improve your strength, flexibility, alignment, and posture.
I have a functional client-specific approach and I bring the Pilates rehabilitative properties to the sessions.
My aim is to educate you on how to retrain your body for efficient movement.
Pilates exercises can be modified to suit all ages and conditions.
We start EVERYONE with a 1:1 client body assessment so we can get to know your body and how you move. You can also book a private session anytime if you're working through an injury or need a little more focused support.
How to get started?
Step 1: Pilates Assessment
WHY?
The assessment provides the instructor with the opportunity to evaluate your strengths, weaknesses, needs, and objectives. After this assessment, the instructor will understand how to structure your tailored programme to reach your goals and meet your needs.
**All first-time clients are required to undergo a mandatory client body assessment. **
